Shaun Rawls joined Keller Williams in 1999, with 15 years of experience in real estate and a degree
in industrial management.
A top-producing agent, Shaun achieved a production level of approximately $10 million before
moving into management, as a proven leader a Keller Williams.
Attracted by the company's overall platform of opportunity, supported by the Keller Williams
culture, economic models, training, support programs and profit sharing, Shaun was recognized
for his achievements from the start, and is now the Operating Partner of five Keller Williams
offices, managing 1,200 agents in Atlanta, Georgia.

Jeri Moran is the General Manager for all six of Shaun Rawls Keller Williams's offices in Atlanta.
She is also the Operating Principal for Keller Williams Realty Ft. Lauderdale NE, a Regional
Trainer for Keller Williams, and a national trainer for Howard Brinton's Star Power, Buyer
University. Additionally, Jeri is a busy personal coach for top producing agents throughout
Before joining the Rawls Group, Jeri was the Team Leader for the Bass Group, which sells over 150
homes a year in the Boca Raton, Fl area. She teamed up with her family, Gail and Richard Bass, and
focused on training Buyer Specialists in contracts, time blocking, and her favorite: scripts and
dialogues. Before joining forces with her family, Jeri was a Publicist in New York City for cable
Jeri's passion for the real estate business is driven by her desire to contribute to the lives
of the agent's she trains and coaches. Nothing excites her more in this business than to see an
agent achieve their goals and watch their business grow. Jeri believes that you never stop learning
and therefore enjoys providing an atmosphere to do just that to the real estate professionals
Jeri was raised in South Florida and is a graduate of Florida State University. In addition to
working with Keller Williams' offices, Jeri loves the theatre, music, and reading, but nothing
gives her more joy than spending time with her husband Dave and sons Jacob and Andrew.

Steve Kout follows Shaun Rawls and Jeri Moran as the 3rd Team Leader/Managing Broker in the
history of Keller Williams Realty First Atlanta. Licensed since 1998, Steve was the co-leader
and listing specialist for The Kout Team, founded by his mother Lee Kout in 1985, for 9 years
until moving into his current role. The Kout Team joined Keller Williams in 2002 as a
well-established team but attracted by the business models detailed in Gary Keller's best-selling
"Millionaire Real Estate Agent" book. Since joining Keller Williams, The Kout Team has enjoyed
recognition as a Top 20 Team in the Atlanta Board of Realtors. In addition to his Broker's
License, Steve has earned his Accredited Buyers Representative designation (ABR), his
Graduate-Realtor's Institute designation (GRI), his Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist
designation (CLHMS) and his Keller Williams eAgentc designation. Prior to real estate, Steve
was a successful QSR restaurant developer, and attended Duke University.
